Private training
Individual online or in-person learning for participants who prefer a focused, supported setting.
Training & services
MES offers private, group and organisational training for people who need to listen carefully, question responsibly and notice behavioural change.
What MES provides
Individual online or in-person learning for participants who prefer a focused, supported setting.
Structured delivery for teams whose work involves interviewing, recruitment, management or client communication.
Focused sessions in MEX.1, MEX.2 or Statement Credibility Assessment & Practical Evaluation.
Training in questioning, listening, baseline and the responsible observation of verbal and nonverbal change.
Educational support for HR, compliance or management teams dealing with sensitive conversations and conflicting accounts.
Continued guidance for enrolled participants as they work through material and visual exercises.
Human dignity first
MES training does not use polygraph equipment, intimidation, fear or shock tactics.
Participants are expected to treat every person with respect, whether they are conducting an ordinary workplace conversation or reviewing a sensitive statement. Observation must never be used as permission to accuse, diagnose or bypass due process.
Where a matter may involve fraud, arson, workplace dishonesty, insurance claims or other serious allegations, behavioural observation can only form part of a wider, lawful process led by appropriately qualified professionals.
